a. The 2021 Annual Assessment for the Arbors Homeowners Association is $525.00

3. How do I access the tennis courts and pools?
a. The Arbors pool requires a key fob to enter. Replacement fobs are available for a fee of $25.00. Please contact Sixes Management Group to obtain a replacement.
4. I would like to make repairs and/or improvements to my home or yard, does this require pre-approval by the Arbors HOA?
a. Yes, all structural and/or aesthetic home projects require the approval of the Arbors ACC! The approval process is designed to be as efficient and painless as possible, and ACC approval forms are available here. All projects must adhere to the Arbors Design Guidelines, which were created and maintained to help maintain the quality and aesthetics of our entire Community.
